Major MLB Question? serious answers only please!?

With the end of the regular baseball season and the upcoming post season, with the teams that did not make the playoffs and the ones that did not even come close, what teams do you think should be moved and what teams do you think will step up their game for the 2009 season. In my opinion: Seattle Mariners, Baltimore Orioles, Pittsburgh Pirates and San Diego Padres should either be moved to other citites or renamed because of there lacking performance. but thats just my opinion. what do you think? will this eventually happen if the clubs keep up the bad performances?
