Good out comes after a Subchorionic Hematoma?

Mine happened at 11 weeks. I bled bright red blood right down my legs and went to the ER. There they checked dilation and found I was 1-2cm. I went back in the morning for a scan to check..my son was still in there movin' and shakin'!! We could also see the blood clot.The Er doc told me he figured I would miscarry. Sometimes you reabsorb the blood, I didn't. The woman who did my scan had a SCH too. She was 15 weeks and was back to work and not bleeding anymore. I bled for about a month with some cramping. After all that I went on to have an awesome home birth and my son is now 5 1/2.
