Go to a doctor to be tested. Your symptoms may not be HIV or anemia. You likely wouldn't be experiencing HIV symptoms this soon, but if you've engaged in risky ual contact you should be tested just to be safe. A lot of other symptoms you have could be related to other medical conditions, but only a doctor could tell you for certain.
