she may very be the one. you need to ask her why she never texts or calls. your dream was your minds way of reminding you to talk to her. i think you subconsciously told yourself already that she is the one you want to be with so you are telling yourself to go for it. tlak to her and attempt to get her number anc call her if she wont call you. if u have been emailing her then she has some interest in you. just be confident and things will work out. let me know if u need more advice
