Why some HARIDWAR polititians are shame for INDIA?

INDIA is a very contradictorial country. Foreigner can not buy, but indians can buy abroad. INDIA is spiritual and non violence but have had 4 wars in less than 40 years last one lost with China. In HARIDWAR INDIA Foreigner NGO was persecuted,captured,custody and resources stolen by government year 2007 in perjuice of more than 1200 little children.All this story is real and i am ready to write a book so as the whole world will see what happened to us in India.We have been more than 100 days hunger strike in Haridwar,Rishikesh,Pushkar New Delhi Jantar Mantar protesting against HARIDWAR government in Russia,Germany,South America and Spain and we continue.worldwide so HARIDWAR DM Mr.SUDANSU will be famous for all atrocities done to us .INDIA is "non violence" but have nuclear weapons capable of killing million of people and holy cows included. Why we do not follow Gandhiji rules of peace,love and respect all human being?
