What's an easy way to hide my IP address so I don't get caught downloading?

I'M ON A MAC, first of all. I use uTorrent to do a lot of downloading. Does anyone know an easy way to hide my IP? Or if i'm completely misguided, some way to make it so I don't get caught? The more detailed the better...
