How can we become a christian nation (as it was intended to be), and avoid god's judgment (which impends now).?

This is a joke, right? Neither Washington, nor Jefferson, nor Benjamin Franklin have even been proved to be Christians. Most of them (save Jefferson) believed in a god (just like muslims, buddhists, jews and all other monotheistic or polytheistic believers do), and all of them considered freedom of religion to be much more important than christianity itself (hence the US constitution, bill of rights etc). Twisting history will only work when you've turned the entire nation deaf, dumb and blind. You've still got a few more miles to go, though.
