When going to court in austin texas for child support do they check for warrants?I am the custodial parent?

If you had an outstanding warrant the cops would have knocked on your door already---but, if you are worried about it, you can make sure by calling the clerk of court of the division you are worried about. With other words, if you think you have an outstanding warrant for theft, then you need to call the criminal court's clerk office and find out. As long as you dont go there will they not arrest you unless you are wanted for a felony type theft. If you think you have an outstanding warrant for some type of family court order issues, you can call the clerk of court of the family court to inquire. Good luck
