What do i do about this kid!?

iriight so ima 13 yr old and i use to be realllly good friend with this boy thats 14. he usta live by me and we were best friends and then he moved outa atate. well we texted a little and he started to go out with my friend. well i was all for it and i didnt care but then when he came back to vist he told me they broke up and he said he liked me and i liked him. well finally he moves back and he had told me for over year he was going to ask me out when he moved back well he moves back and one day just texts me out of the blew and he wants to ask me out but i didnt know what to say bc i wanted to see and talk to him for a lil bit seeming how i hadnt seen him. well i said i wanted to wait for school to start and then next thing i know when school starts hes back with that girl and says were still best friends to other ppl but he wont even talk to me what do ido i like im sooo much
