Sims 2 University Questions?

I have two questions about the Sims 2 University. Now first, i'm not a cluless, new player. I am a creator of custom content online aand know pretty much everything about the game except for two things now that I'm actually playing in the universities. 1: is there any cheat or hack to make it so that your Sim doesn't have to go to cl? 2: is there a way to NOT let certain Sims travel through the semesters and NOT graduate? for instance like I know "aging off" cheat doesnt work, so is there like a different version of that? Thanks!!
