I am a single parent that would like to take kids on a cruise.?

My kids do not have a pport, I have asked their dad but he refused to sign the necessary paperwork (even though he hasnt seen them in 7 years!) Is there anyplace that I could take my kids that dont require a pport. This would be from the United States and my children are under the age of 13
