I'm actually 4'10 and im 13; also 65 pounds am i a midget is this normal?

My parents are taller than me and i weigh 65 pounds and girls and boys make fun of me and call me shorty or Midget or Yota Girl or they tease me saying that there tall and they can do more am i a midget they say 4'10 and under is a midget i drink lots of coffee i think that's the reason any good answers please and thank you?
